Call for plans – Building in Colmar
The Conseil Général of Haut-Rhin is issuing a call for plans in connection with the future of a historic group of buildings, known as “The old Poêle des Laboureurs” situated at 7, rue Vauban,

The ensemble is a fine example of Renaissance architecture and has a majestic entrance. It consists of three buildings covering an area of approximately 668 m² of living space. The earliest of the historic buildings, a half-timbered house, dates from the 17th century and has been listed as a historic monument since 1929 because of its roof and external façades.

The Department wishes to find a lasting use for this site, one that is in line with departmental policies on maintaining the heritage character of the location and with the legal requirements that local authorities must observe as owners of properties.
The aim of the bid would therefore be to present an economically viable project that involving one or more types of activity that form part of the Department’s policies (environment, social support, tourism, culture, etc.)
The absolute deadline for submitting bids has been set at 1 March 2010.
Call for bids – Building in Altkirch
In addition, the Conseil Général of Haut-Rhin is issuing a call for bids to sell a building situated at 5 Rue de Thann, Altkirch, on an 8.62 ares (862 square metres) site.
The deadline for submission of bids has been set at 6 February 2010 at 12 noon.
